Scott Dickson
Working in the insurance industry, Scott quickly found helping farmers and ranchers gave him the greatest fulfillment. As he gained experience, Dickson knew he had to create a company where the clients are the focus. Growers Risk Management was created for the farmer and rancher.
Our Approach
As with anything in your life your farm evolves over time. Because of this, we will not assume anything about you or your operation. Our approach depends on understanding your farm as no two are alike. Once we have sat down with you and understand your situation, we will then come to you and explain the different options you have. If you decide to purchase coverage we then continue to manage the insurance contract throughout the year. We take these steps in an effort to ensure that our clients and our agency are always working towards the same goals.
